This small dogwood crotch burl wood bowl has bark on the rim. The bowl is thin-walled, about 1/8”. This bowl warped like a pretzel when it was drying and I couldn’t turn it completely round for fear of getting it too thin. You will see on the rim where there is a “flat”. If you buy this bowl and have cats, beware, it is a dogwood!
