This dogwood wooden bowl was made from a log from a native North Carolina dogwood. A landscaper saved the butt logs and brought them to me when this tree was taken down. Dogwood is so dense and tight grained that it feels like polished stone. This small dogwood bowl has a black pepper dot.
This turned dogwood bowl has an undercut rim and raised foot. The rings in the photo are for scale, not for sale, and are not included with the bowl.
Food safe, natural, oil finish.
