Natural edge pieces are my favorite. This dogwood cheese/charcuterie board came from a large wild dogwood tree that was salvaged by a friend. It was on it’s way to the dump! Dogwood has a very dense closed grain. When polished it feels almost like stone. Food safe, natural, oil finish.
